This confidential service is available to all elected members, providing a safe space to explore and resolve issues.

LGIS can assist individuals struggling with role-related issues, including (but not limited to):
- Role-related stress: experiencing persistent, high levels of anxiety due to heavy workloads, tight deadlines, or a demanding work environment. This may affect overall well-being and performance.
- Burnout: showing signs of burnout, such as chronic fatigue, reduced productivity, and emotional exhaustion, because of prolonged and intense work-related issues.
- Conflict: ongoing conflicts or strained relationships that impact ability to perform effectively and cause emotional distress.
- Performance anxiety: experiencing anxiety and/or self-doubt that makes it difficult to give presentations, meet targets, or engage with others.
