As already detailed in an ER Alert dated 6 March 2024, WALGA's annual Salary and Workforce Survey provides WA and NT Local Governments with comprehensive data and insights specific to the Local Government industry. Local Governments that completed the survey last year or purchased access can log in to view the online portal which contains dashboards specific to your Local Government and reports on remuneration, workforce profile, HR metrics and workforce priorities.
WALGA and SalaryOne are hosting an upcoming webinar on the Salary and Workforce Survey which will cover the key results of the latest survey including employee turnover, workforce priorities, salary trends and key features of the portal.
