The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) is seeking input from local governments to better understand how active transport networks are planned across Western Australia.
This survey covers planning for walking, wheeling, riding, and accessibility.
The feedback collected will help inform:
• The development of walking and wheeling network planning guidance,
• The creation of a Perth and Peel Long Term Cycling Network (LTCN) strategy, and
• A review of the Regional Cycling Strategy program.
All Local Governments are encouraged to provide feedback before Friday, 4 December, this will play an important role in shaping future active transport planning and investment across WA.
