Bureau of Meteorology customer experience survey

The Bureau of Meteorology (the Bureau) is currently conducting a customer experience survey with Local Governments encouraged to take part.

Responses will assist the Bureau in better understanding the public's experiences with weather forecasts and warning services.

These services are often crucial in emergency preparedness and response management.

The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, is both confidential and anonymous and closes on Monday, 27 May.
