WALGA have recently revised their suite of Procurement courses, so that more than ever they can equip Local Government Officers to undertake the end to end procurement process with increased skills development and confidence. Learning is enhanced with the use of detailed Learner Guides, Case Studies, Handouts, and other learning activities. The revised Learner Guides are in themselves a handy to have reference tool when undertaking specific procurement activity, as they have been revised with the practitioner in mind when undertaking procurement in a Local Government context.

The training has been designed specifically for individuals who are new to, or requiring an update in, the undertaking of procurement and contract management in their role in WA Local Government.
