Local Government users are able to register on the WALGA website and gain access to online areas relating to paid subscription services or online tools offered to WALGA Members.

To subscribe or enquire about your Local Government's subscription status, please visit individual subscription topic pages under Subscription Services.

Steps for individual users to sign up, and request access to subscription services, are outlined below. If you are having difficulty or have any questions, please email communications@walga.asn.au.

Signing Up
If you have not yet registered on the website, please first click the Sign up button on the WALGA homepage.

Enter your details ensuring you complete all the fields correctly. Once your request is approved you will receive an automated email (this may take up to 48hours).


Once approved, you can then login and request permission to the subscription services.

Logging in and requesting access to a subscription service
Click the Login button on the menu bar.


Once logged in, click the My Profile button on the menu bar. Here you will be able to update your details, change your password and request access to subscription areas.

Select Request Permission. 


Once you have checked the boxed for the services you need click Request.

The subscription manager* at WALGA will approve your access. You will receive an automatic email when you have been approved. Please allow up to 48 hours.

*Please note that each subscription service has a different subscription manager so not all requests will be actioned at once.

Once you have received an email confirming you have access, you can then navigate to the subscription service area.
