WA Industrial Relations Commission 
Stephen Kenner has led the WA Industrial Relations Commission as Chief Commissioner since May 2021, and is a long-standing member of the Commission, having been appointed to the bench of the Industrial Commission by the Western Australian Government in March 1998.

Heather Millar specialises in employment law, contractual disputes, industrial relations, and health & safety. She appears in Federal and State courts and tribunals handling commercial, discrimination, and wage claims. Previously, she advised clients at Herbert Smith Freehills and Lewis Silkin LLP.
