Minimum Order Amounts
Workplace Warehouse supplies box/carton quantities. In other words, we do not offer broken box quantities. This creates an efficient operating model with minimal overheads, which means we pass these savings on to you in the form of discounts and low prices.
If you are eligible for any discount that we offer, we will show you the discounted price at the product level. Therefore, when you reach the shopping cart and checkout, the subtotal you see includes any discount.
Unfortunately, Workplace Warehouse does not accept orders with a subtotal of less than $175.00 (including any applicable discounts and excluding GST).
For orders of at least $175.00 (including any applicable discounts and excluding GST) and less than $350.00 (including any applicable discounts and excluding GST), a $25.00 (ex GST) delivery fee applies.
These thresholds allow us to cover our expenses and also takes into account that some of the products we sell are GST-free (such as some sunscreen products).
