WALGA Training offers selected face-to-face courses in a Virtual Classroom format using Zoom.

Important information regarding the Virtual Classroom:
  • Basic computer skills and a familiarity with technology is required

  • Please make sure you have access to a microphone, speakers and webcam
  • WALGA Training highly recommends the use of Google Chrome for all digital access
  • Check your system meets the requirements for the efficient use of the Virtual Classroom platform. An overview of the requirements can be found here

It is the responsibility of the Local Government to ensure that Students who have been provided with IT hardware and software have the necessary basic skills to use the equipment provided to them, prior to enrolling into any WALGA Training online learning. This includes, but not limited to, eLearning, webinars, virtual classrooms and online assessments. WALGA Training cannot accept responsibility for Students that are unable to navigate web browsers or use software provided to them by the Local Government. Students that contact WALGA Training requesting this type of support will be referred back to the Local Government for training.
