Well Done International is an Australian ownd and managed 24x7 specialist contact support provider.  We are a preferred provider of Council Services on contacts covering all states and the NT.  Services include a Full Council Support Service, basic options for smaller and remote Councils or a business unit; GPS, SCADA and lone worker welfare monitoring and digital customer service.

Our approach to service dleivery is different.  Our long association with the NLG Customer Service Network has influenced our systems development and support to be more collaborative with our clients.  Our CouncilPRO system was built in an agile development framework to incorporate the features taht Councils have asked for and give Council staff managing the service almost the same level of visibility and access to tools and reporting as our Client Services support team.  Pricing is more flexible and unbundled to help you get best value for money.  All normal support is included in a service level.  CSBA nominated us the lowest cost provide for an after hours service  in 2019.
