Vehicle Emissions
This discussion paper on vehicle emissions was developed in response to a request from Local Governments. The research shows that motor vehicles emit an array of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, hydrocarbons and particulate matter that has adverse impacts on community wellbeing and air quality. Diesel engines, more than petrol engines, emit particulate matter (PM) and nitrogen oxides which pose health risks to the community. Click
