Description

The Disability Services Act 1993 regulates State-led disability services and related matters in WA, including Local Government Access and Inclusion Plans. Since its commencement in 1993, significant change has occurred in the disability sector, prompting this review.

WALGA is partnering with the Department of Communities to deliver two consultation sessions for Local Governments.
