Western Australian Community Impact Hub
|
|
An initiative of Healthway and Lotterywest, the Western Australian Community Impact Hub provides a detailed look at projects supported by Healthway and Lotterywest and the positive impact they have on the WA community.
The Community Impact Hub is a central source of data, knowledge and insight.
It is a great FREE resource for Local Governments delivering community health and wellbeing projects. The interactive hub allows users to understand their community, learn from others and plan their projects using its suite of free tools.
Visit the Community Impact Hub to:
- Explore community data through a visual map to identify needs and opportunities.
- Browse case studies, a library of Healthway and Lotterywest grants, and evaluation reports.
- Use the Impact Planner tool to create a clear project vision, plan project activities linked to outcomes, and create a simple evaluation plan.
