John Phillips

Prior to commencing operation of his own business as an HR/Org Development Consultant, John worked at all levels in HR/IR, including national and state management roles, and in organisations that have undergone radical and significant change.

He has managed/coached/led teams of up to 30 people, including national responsibilities, and has spent a great deal of time driving or flying to many areas of WA and Australia to work with clients and staff.

He provides specialist Organisational and Workforce Development support to clients in the areas of Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Training, Recruitment and Governance.

John holds a degree in Industrial Relations and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
