  • Full Council Support Service – afterhours and business hours overflow procedures with full Client Services support included for updates in CouncilPRO. 
  • Basic Plus Council Support Services – service option without included support for smaller and remote Councils or a stand-alone service in CouncilPRO for a business unit.
  • Welfare monitoring – Lone Worker Check Services, GPS monitoring.
  • SCADA monitoring.
  • Outbound Services – customer and engagement surveys.

Pricing is more flexible and unbundled to help you get best value for money. All normal support is included in a service level.
