Service Offering

WALGA has appointed five (5) suppliers to the Operating Lease and Finance Solutions Panel, each with an area of technical specialisation. Local Governments are able to procure lease and finance agreements in all activity areas from the service providers on the Panel. 

Additionally, the Contract incorporates value-added services in the areas of support and maintenance contracts, reporting management, asset valuation, equipment disposals and similar services that are compatible with the equipment leased. 

The suppliers to the Panel deliver leasing in three (3) core category areas: 

  • General Operating Leases (all asset classes)
  • Fleet
  • Information Communications Technology (ICT)

The Contract maintains flexibility by placing no limitation on the value or classification of items that can be leased, provided that the lease is for the ongoing operations of the WALGA Member.

Comprehensive General Conditions of Contract that support this arrangement are available on request. Members must reference the WALGA Contract and related Member Conditions in all communications with Preferred Suppliers. 

Generalist Providers:are able to provide operating lease and financearrangements for all Local Government products and services. 

Fleet Providers:Suppliers to this category area provide specialist operating lease and finance solutions for Vehicles, Fleet, Plant and Equipment.
