Prices are per person and are all inclusive of GST.

Pre-event registrations for all events are ESSENTIAL due to possible COVID-19 restrictions.

Guidelines for Online Registration

Cancellation Policy

By submitting your registration you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing until close of Registration ( Wednesday, 16 September 2020) - thereafter full charges will apply
  • Registrations may be transferred to another member of Council at any time but must be advised in writing.  

Changes to your registration
You can modify your online booking at any time before the close of registrations. Once you have completed your registration, an email with your confirmation number will be emailed to you. Click on the link and enter your confirmation number to make any changes or additions to your reservation.

Registration cancellations must be advised in writing prior to the deadline date of Wednesday, 16 September. Thereafter full fees are payable. Alternatively, a registration may be transferred to another member of the Council.

Special dietary requirements, mobility or any other special needs should be indicated when registering – WALGA will use its best endeavours to meet these requests.
