The 2018 WA Local Government Convention and Trade Exhibition will return to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from Wednesday,  7 August – Friday,  9 August.

Convention Fees

Prices are per person and are all inclusive of GST

       1-4 Registrations $1,475
       5+  Registrations* $1,300
    WALGA Life Member   complimentary        
    Corporate ** $1,800
* This year, we have introduced a discount for Councils registering more than four (4) Full Delegates. Registrants 1-4 will be charged $1,475pp, and each registrant thereafter (5+) will be eligible for the discounted Full Delegate registration fee of $1,300pp. Any applicable discounts will be applied to the final invoice.

Guidelines for Online Registration

Cancellation Policy

By submitting your registration you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing until close of Registration ( Tuesday, 16 July 2019) - thereafter full charges will apply
  • Registrations may be transferred to another member of Council at any time but must be advised in writing.  

Changes to your registration

You can modify your online booking at any time before the close of registrations. Once you have completed your registration, an email with your confirmation number will be emailed to you. Click on the link and enter your confirmation number to make any changes or additions to your reservation.
Changes after close of registrations have to be emailed to .

Registration cancellations must be advised in writing prior to the deadline date of Tuesday, 16 July 2019. Thereafter full fees are payable. Alternatively, a registration may be transferred to another member of the Council.
