Ross Moody is the National Executive Officer of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia, a part time role he has held since November 2004.
Ross has been delivering the WALGA elected member training unit 'Sustainable Asset (Infrastructure) Management' since its inception.
Ross's experience in Local Government spans 28 years, including 15 years in a Director's role. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, a Graduate Diploma in Business and a Certificate IV in TAE. Ross has been very active in the professional side of Local Government engineering for over 20 years, having held the positions of State and National President of the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia.
