This panel objective is for Local Government Libraries to achieve improved services to their communities using technology to standardise automation and interoperability for improved workflows and efficiencies across the WA public library network.

This category provides a range of systems, hardware and tags to support the WA public library network that can facilitate interoperability, including compatibility with established Library Management Systems and the sharing and exchange of stock between public libraries throughout Western Australia.
The Preferred Suppliers for this category conform to ISO15693 parts 2 and 3, ISO 18000-3 HF 13.56 MHz and ISO28560 parts 1 and 2 and supports SIP2 and/or NCIP Communication Protocols. Suppliers’ provision of products include but not limited to:

- Reports and financials;
- Authorised user interface;
- Digital asset management;
- Metasearch / Federated Search;
- Supports SIP2 and/or NCIP Communication Protocols;
